Preferable: A journalism background, professional academic background, or experience with television / radio media. Desirable: Knowledge of English and Hindi, ability to interview people who matter in news, and ability to write news stories and report sports events.
Copy Editor (Urdu) - Essential: Degree from a recognized university; a degree or PG diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication from a recognized institute or university; three years of experience in the relevant field; and proficiency in Urdu. Desirable: Acquaintance with regional, national and international affairs.
